Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the products, resources and services offered by Wanted Scripts. By purchasing, downloading or using any of our products you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our products are digital resources (scripts) intended for use on FiveM servers. They are sold and delivered through Tebex and are subject to the Cfx.re / FiveM Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Every purchase grants a single license bound to the buying account and the server(s) permitted by the purchased package. Our products include custom protection and licensing measures to prevent unauthorised use.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, leak or otherwise make our products available to any third party. Any attempt to circumvent, remove or tamper with our protection or licensing systems will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your license without refund, and may lead to your account and servers being blacklisted.

We only process the data necessary to deliver our products and provide support. This may include your CFX/FiveM account identifier, your Discord username, and the email and billing details you provide to our payment processor at checkout.

This data is used to deliver purchases, validate licenses, provide support and prevent fraud. Payments and billing information are handled directly by Tebex; we do not store your full payment details, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us on our Discord. Some records may be retained where required to comply with legal or tax obligations.

All payments are processed securely by Tebex, our authorised reseller and payment provider. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge and agree to Tebex's terms in addition to ours.

Prices are set in EUR. Any prices shown in other currencies are indicative conversions for display only; the amount actually charged is handled by Tebex. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Fraudulent payments, unauthorised transactions or payment reversals (chargebacks) will result in the immediate revocation of the associated license and a permanent ban from our store and community.

Where a subscription is offered, it renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid for the current period are non-refundable, and access continues until that period ends.

All products, source code, user interfaces, designs, assets, names and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Wanted Scripts and are protected by applicable law.

A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on the server(s) permitted by your package. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights. You may edit the open configuration, locale and UI files for your own use, but you may not claim authorship of, or redistribute, our work.

The core logic of our products is protected using Cfx.re asset escrow (encryption). Configuration, locale and UI files are left open so you can customise your experience freely.

Any attempt to decrypt, deobfuscate, reverse-engineer, dump or otherwise bypass the escrow protection or access the protected source code is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your license without refund.

Our products are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase. Before completing your order you expressly acknowledge and consent to delivery beginning immediately and waive any right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Accordingly, once a product has been delivered we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

If a product is defective or does not work as described, our support team will work with you to resolve the specific issue. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where they apply.

Payments and any refunds are processed by Tebex, our authorised reseller, in accordance with Tebex's own policies. Fraudulent misuse of payment disputes or chargebacks may result in the suspension of your license and account.

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that a product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server configuration or third-party resource.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanted Scripts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, data loss, downtime or losses arising from the use, misuse or misconfiguration of our products, or from third-party resources used alongside them. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Individual products may include additional product-specific terms, which form part of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
